Coaching Herts is a service provided by Herts Sports Partnership for its coaches and other local partners. Herts Sports Partnership has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy of your data. This policy is in effect as of 1 July 2010.

Providing visitors with anonymous access

You can access our Web site home page and browse most of our site without disclosing your personal data. Only once you begin the registration process will we ask to collect personal data from you.

The services and links of our Web site

Our Web site does not enable our visitors to communicate with other visitors or to post information to be accessed by others. Our Web site does not include links to third party Web service providers.

Automatic collection of information

We do not use cookies on our Web site. We do not automatically log personal data nor do we link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals.

Data collection and purpose specification

Some areas of the site require you to actively submit information in order for you to benefit for specific features. You will be informed at each information collection point what information is required and what information is optional. We only collect such information when you choose to supply it to us.

We do not disclose any information you provide via the site to any third parties or other government departments except where:

• such disclosures are necessary to fulfil our service obligations to you in which case we will require third parties to agree to treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy

• you give us permission to do so

Provision of the following data is done through a secure transmission method: primary personal data (such as name and contact details), specific personal data (such as race or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, medical data), qualifications and education.

You have the right to access, correct or remove your personal information held by the website. To do this; log into the website using your username and password. You will then be able to edit and delete any field of the application form.
